To our Lighting Corner Family,

We care deeply about the health and well-being of our employees and our clients. People and offering exceptional service have always come first for us. As developments with COVID-19 continue to evolve, we wanted to update you on our best practices.

While the scale of the impact is still unknown, our social responsibility is to do our part to protect our community. We will be taking the following precautions to help reduce the transmission of any illness:

Effective immediately, we are limiting our showroom hours to Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. We will not offer evening or Saturday hours through April 4th, until instructed otherwise. As developments happen in Michigan and the rest of the country, we’ll communicate any additional changes to our plans

Our showroom staff will be available to see clients in the showroom, if necessary. We are respectfully requesting that any who are able to work with our consultants over the phone, through our website,or email to please do so during this uncertain time.

Please consider if any in-person appointments can be made after April 6th. Please understand that if you exhibit symptoms while in the showroom, we reserve the right to respectfully ask you to return when you are healthy. Please see our updated sickness policy for more details.

If you would prefer not to physically enter our showrooms, please consider calling ahead to schedule pick up of any items or complete any payments over the phone.

The Lighting Corner will remain open until guidance for non-essential businesses from the State of Michigan recommends otherwise.

As always, we remain thankful for the understanding and support from our community and clients. We are ready and available to answer any questions about your experience, the best delivery option available to you and provide more information on the precautions we’re taking to protect all of our health and safety.

As you all have heard, COVID-19 is spreading. We take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously.  We always practice top-notch sanitation and cleanliness in our showrooms and will continue to do so.

With that being said, for the health and well-being of our staff and guests, we are asking all of our clients to reschedule any visits to our showrooms if you, or members of your household, have experienced or been in contact with any of these symptoms or within the past 24 hours:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Chills

We will make every effort to reschedule your visit for when you are well.  If you do come in sick (or bring in your sick children) we reserve the right to refuse service.
